Oh, Hello!

My name is Erin, and I’m so glad you’re here. This is my new site, one primarily about American literature, American history, grammar, vocabulary, spelling, and writing.

I have a B.A. (magna cum laude) in English and a law degree (cum laude). I also worked on a master’s degree in communications. In the past I taught high school English and later hung my own shingle, practicing family and elder law. For the past few years, I’ve been a homeschooling mother. More recently, my husband, kids, and I have been a part-time RVing family, traveling the United States visiting historic and literary landmarks.

My goal is ultimately to return to return to teaching in some capacity. For now that looks like creating this site and posting resources and thoughts for other homeschooling parents and school teachers.

I’ll be posting more soon! Please be aware that broken/missing links are going to happen in the early days of this site, and I will work on filling in content daily. Thanks for your understanding.

Best wishes,

Erin
