On a related note, my younger child is currently learning about South America. We are using Play-Doh mats to learn the shapes of continents. We are playing a modified game of catch with an inflatable ball of the globe. He is quizzing himself on the South American countries, capitals, and landmarks with the Seterra app on his iPad. These methods and gameschooling are how we typically do geography in our household. I’ll talk more about the games on another post.

Never stop learning,

Erin
